At Access Denied, we want to ensure your streetwear fits your lifestyle perfectly; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
